2.1. Access data
We collect information about you when you use this website. We automatically record information about your usage behavior and your interaction with us, and we record data about your computer or mobile device. We collect, store, and use data about every access to our website (so-called server log files). Access data includes the name and URL of the accessed file, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, the notification of successful access (HTTP response code), the browser type and version, the operating system, the referrer URL (i.e., the previously visited page), the IP address, and the requesting provider.
We use this log data without assigning it to you personally or creating any other profile for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operating, securing, and optimizing our online offering, but also for anonymously recording the number of visitors to our website (traffic) and the extent and type of use of our website and services, as well as for billing purposes in order to measure the number of clicks received from cooperation partners. Based on this information, we can provide personalized and location-based content and analyze data traffic, search for and correct errors, and improve our services. We reserve the right to subsequently review the log data if there is reasonable suspicion of illegal use based on concrete evidence. We store IP addresses in the log files for a limited period of time if this is necessary for security purposes or for the provision or billing of a service, e.g. if you use one of our offers. After the order process has been canceled or after payment has been received, we delete the IP address if it is no longer required for security purposes. We also store IP addresses if we have concrete suspicion of a crime in connection with the use of our website. We also store the date of your last visit (e.g., registration, login, clicking on links, etc.) as part of your account.
2.2. Email Contact
If you contact us (e.g., via contact form or email), we will save your information to process your inquiry and in case any follow-up questions arise. We will only store and use further personal data if you consent to this or if this is legally permissible without specific consent.
2.4. Legal basis and storage period
The legal basis for data processing according to the above paragraphs is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our interests in data processing include, in particular, ensuring the operation and security of the website, investigating how visitors use the website, and simplifying the use of the website.
Unless specifically stated, we only store personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes pursued.

We make every effort to ensure the security of your data within the framework of applicable data protection laws and technical possibilities.
Your personal data is transmitted using encrypted technology. This applies to your orders and customer login. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system, but we would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating via email) can be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data from unauthorised access by third parties is not possible.
To protect your data, we maintain technical and organizational security measures, which we continually adapt to the state of the art.
Furthermore, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at any given time; disruptions, interruptions, or failures cannot be ruled out. The servers we use are regularly and carefully backed up.
5. Automated decision-making
Automated decision-making based on the personal data collected does not take place.
6. Transfer of data to third parties, no data transfer to non-EU countries
In principle, we only use your personal data within our company.
If and to the extent that we engage third parties in the context of the fulfilment of contracts (e.g. logistics service providers), these third parties will only receive personal data to the extent that the transmission is necessary for the corresponding service.
In the event that we outsource certain parts of the data processing (“contract processing”), we contractually oblige the processors to use personal data only in accordance with the requirements of data protection laws and to ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject.
Data transfer to locations or persons outside the EU outside the cases mentioned in point 2.3 of this declaration does not take place and is not planned.
